How To Make Cheese! Come fare il formaggio!

It looks very similar to making curdled milk (chana in Bengali). Sembra molto simile a rendere il latte cagliato (chana in bengalese). I have no idea why cheese tastes so different from curdled milk. Non ho idea di questo formaggio gusti così diverso da latte cagliato. I swear I didn’t know how to make cheese before I saw this video. Giuro che non sapevo come fare il formaggio, prima ho visto questo video. Do you know how to make cheese? Sai come fare il formaggio?
